"The Greek Warriors", the Premier Greek Living History Group will be appearing at NJ Greek Fest 2011 on June 4th and again on June 5th.

"The Greek Warriors" represent Ancient Greek warriors in full Greek armor from head to toe. Spears, shields, and Corinthian helmets with tall horse hair crests, are all part of having a living history demonstration performed for you at the NJ Greek Fest.

Yes, the premier Greek-American Band that has performed before two US Presidents and the Queen of England are scheduled to be in Westfield to perform for you!

Yes, this is the same band that performed at Carnegie Hall with Mikis Theodorakis and Maria Farantouri.  And yes, they performed several times on the Kojak TV Series with Telly Savalas and in a movie with him by the name of “Ariana”.  They were also the band in the TV series The Love Boat while it was filming in the Greek Islands.  The Trojans of New York are the authentic sound of Greece.

Paul Delios, Paul is the jovial talented chef who has a deft touch in the kitchen.  His skills capture the culinary influences of Greece, France and Italy while using imported ingredients and locally grown organic vegetables.  He utilizes his personal travel experiences to expand his knowledge of European cuisine and fine wines.  For the past thirty-two years, Paul has been immersed in the restaurant scene one way or another.  He currently operates the award-winning Kane’s Bakery in Boston. Kanes Donuts was picked by Bon Appétit magazine as one of the top hot ten-donut shops in America.
